1. positive: a.
(1) effective; helpful 积极的，有用的
Translate:

(2) definite, allowing no room for doubt 确实的，明确的
e.g. We still don't have a positive answer as to whether he will go with us.

have/get access to: get the right of using or reaching sth.
Translate:

Note:
With "not only" or "only" placed at the beginning of a sentence, the sentence order should be inverted.
